How to know that the Java Stack is installed on my host machine.If not how do I install it????????

Which kind of SAP do you have ?
MiniSAP 6.40 RC1 with working Java Stack as an example can be found at http://localhost:50000//sap/monitoring/SystemInfo.
Or try it with the IP or another port. Or take "only" http://localhost:50000

We have ECC 6.0.I've even tried out wid the http://<localhost>:port
but it is not responding.I have activated all http services in transaction SMICM but it still does not work out.How do I solve the problem?

On a regular ECC installation, there is no Java installed. So if it's not selected on purpose during the installation, it's not loaded.
