Hi,
just made an update of the kernel patch 83 ( 700 REL), but got the following error and the dispatcher is yellow :
DpModState: change server state from STARTING to ACTIVE
*** WARNING => DpRqServiceQueue: timeout of HIGH PRIO msg, return DP_CANT_HANDLE_REQ
My env. :
NT/SP4
DB: oracle 10.x
sap : SAP ECC 6.0
No significant entries in sapNet!
Will be pleased for feedbacks.

Hello Kumar
If your system is 64-bit,
Copy the Kernel binary files to exe\run and exe\uc\NTADM64 directory.
If your system is 32-bit,
Copy the Kernel binary files to exe\run only.
If it doesn't solve, then i need following files from work direcory dev_ms,dev_w0, dev_disp,stderr.....

thanx for your feedback. It was due to missing auth.(Transport domain administrator) my windows admin added the same and it ran ok.
