How can I change transfer action date?

Question:
Hi All,
Can anyone advise me how do we execute a backdated transfer date in the system.
The transfer date to another position is backdated to 15.9.2006. However, in IT0000, there's a Change/Transfer record with start date 1.11.2006, which is the data migration date.
How do I correct this?
