Question:
Hello,
Ineed to use this BAPI to extend a material for a new plant.
When i run the BAPI in test mode by entering the material number, industry indicator and its type and also data for the profit center and marking the sales view- the BAPi extends the material.
When i run the BAPI on the same data (so i think...) the BAPI gives me a message that the profit center does not exist (the same that worked in test mode).
Does anybody knows what's wrong?

Answer:
Once i faced this problem for cost centre.
I appended the cost centre with leading zeros and executed the program. it worked fine. try this in your case also.
