How can we validate screen fields of report without doing any coding in ABAP?

Why would you want to do this? If you create a selection screen in ABAP use ABAP to validate it.
Answer:
I don't know of a way to "validate" selection screen field contents without ABAP, but you can enforce certain restrictions using advanced features of variant creation.
