but, it is necessary i have to add some codes to a certain standerd program, cause i have to add some condintions. would you please give me some advices? Answering in detail is appreciated.

Which program / function / form routine are you going to change?
May be there's another option to acchieve a solution to your problem without changing the source code.

All you require to change a SAP standard program is the Access key from SCCR on SAPNet. (this is a part of service.sap.com).
As noted by my colleagues above, it is not generally recommended to change SAP standard code - however, we all acknowledge that sometimes it may be necessary. Please ensure that you have fully investigated alternative means of achieving your requirement (BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits etc.)
