i'm new to ABAP, do any one give me idea abt BDT and where can i find information abt BDT and is there any T-code for using the BDT .

I'm sorry, but I've been around SAP for some time now, and am not sure what you mean by 'BDT'. Do you mean 'BDC' perhaps?
I have a difficult time keeping up with all the TLA's in this business (Three Letter Acronymns) ...

BDT is a tool for entering master and transaction data .BDT is a tool that SAP supplies that allows for faster screen design. I want to know the T-Code for BDT n how to customize the bdt n how to work with these tool.

go first to the manual on the SAP website help.sap.com.
If you need if for example for the business partner (BP), use transaction BUPT and there you'll find the screens and sub-screens together with the events.
If you want to use BDT for "old" things like vendor or client display screens, you won't be able to find it as these screens still work the old fashioned way.

i got some idea on bdt now . i got transaction code bupt also. but i am not getting how to write program for these screens which we have developed.
