Question:
What is the function module name to retrieve customer address?
Each customer record in our SAP system has two addresses and they are in different language. How to print a sales order/ invoice using the language that I want?
Also, what is the name of standard program(or SAP script) for printing Sales Order / Invoice?

Regarding the languages - get your users to ensure that the communication language field is set on the Customer Master and pass that information when retrieving your address.
