Question:
hai
i need to transport a role created in one SAP system to another SAP system . How do i achieve it?
SAPsystem 1 (role) <---> SAPsystem2 (role created in SAPsystem1 needs to be copied here)
Can anyone throw light on thsi problem?

Answer:
Hi
I suppose that the role you've created is in a transport order.
Each time you release a transport order (for custo, workbench or role), 2 files are created :
- one in usr/sap/trans/data/
- the other in /usr/sap/trans/cofiles/
Search for your TO number (only the last 6 digits).
Now, copy these 2 files, with ftp, in you second system in the same place.
You can now importe your TO with transaction STMS.
