Hi All,
Need ur help on LSMW upload data for HR Personal Administration.
I did the recording.. exactly same with manually input... every screen number.. all same.. together with fields and mapping.. but when i upload the data... the data not created into the system..even the process of batch input. Why? Can any expert tell me what goes wrong?

Is that u r getting any error message when the upload fails ?
and what are the infotypes u r trying to upload ? how the personel numbers are generated, whether internally or externally..
give me some elaborate details so that i can tell u what u have to exactly.

Actually, no error message I faced, I run foreground step by step I saw the data goes to the right fields. I use transaction PA40 for Initial Hiring that upload only fresh data. The personal number generated externally and I use action type not coz in PA40, if PA30 of course infotype right. Only that info that I can provide this time. Hopefully can help.
