Hi all,
I've uploaded 1000 customer master (Ship To) records (from 100001 to 1001000) into our QA system. When I tried to upload another 11 records, I was unable to upload. In the last screen of the first record it said 'Customer 100001 is already created', i exited and for the second record it said 'Customer 100002 is already created' and so on. I tried to create a customer directly and it said, in the last screen, that 'Customer 100012 is already created'................. why I'm getting this problem? could plz some one help me? Thanks a lot.

I was trying to upload using LSMW. Got the same problem when I tried to create manually, too. LSMW worked fine when I uploaded the first batch of 'ship to' customers. Thank you, Nicole.

I will tell you what...... check customer number ranges. i think number ranges were initialized so system tried to create the record but since the record's existing, it could not create hence that error. go to number ranges in IMG and check for 'current' number in use. set that current number (which you may get from KNA1 table) and start uploading......... hope this would help you. cheers.
