Is there a way, where I can find if my program are used in a backgroundjob, via SM37/SM36 ?

SM39: when you get the list, click the push button "Find job".

Answer:
In release 4.6C, transaction SM37 allows you to filter batch jobs based on the job step ABAP program name. Check all job status boxes and remove dates.
