Question:
This is more of a heads up to anyone getting the same problems as me, my laptop started running really slowly, fan on all the time, windows closing a line of pixels at a time.
I opened task manager to have a look at what was running etc, apart from CPU running 100% and hard drive being constantly accessed I was stumped. After 2 days of virus scanning, malware wrangling, restoring and updating - Nothing was found at all, but I did notice that Firefox was slowly using up more and more memory .........so. I did some checking, the problem was caused by using the Adblock extension, a new one has recently been released to cure the memory leak in FF 1.5

I use firefox as my development browser (not main browser), but I haven't got the latest version yet. I'll certainly add this to my Useful list just in case!
