Question:
Mine says it can be used as a webcam, does it really work? I haven't tried it yet, but wondered if it was any good. I don't know anyone who has one that i can test it with.

They do work but from my experience of a fairly cheap Fuji A202, they need quite a lot of light compared to a webcam as most webcams have low light enhancers etc. The picture quality was great but I literally needed the sun shining in my face before it was useable, and to buy a mains adapter so considering all that I just stuck to my logitech webcam.
You should be able to set it up and preview the images from it from Windows control panel under scanners and cameras I think.

set it up and give it a try...
I always advise getting the latest drivers for hardware from the manufacturer website too.
Once you have it set up, you can chat to someone on MSN messenger regardless of whether or not they have a webcam - they'll be able to see you no matter what... (assuming your firewall allows it, but that's a whole new thread!)
