Question:
I've recently bought a for my son. nice price and lots of good reviews.
its taken us a few days to test it out as had to lug away massive old CRT monitor and change desks....
But sadly it seems to have a dead pixel - a little white blob right in the middle of the top third of the screen that won't show the actual image
we'll run 'dead pixel buddy' on it to check
if it is a dead pixels - any advise on what we should do?
would we be able to send it back to Amazon as faulty and ask for replacement or refund?
TIA
