I have a new asda tv but I cant find the remote control code for it to reset it. I've rang Sky 3 times and after a long trail of messages it gets to theres around a 1 hour wait to speak to someone.
I can't turn the sound up and down on the control but the other things I can do. It doesnt say an asda code in the list and it was a gift from someone so all I know is they said its asda make, it has is a D on the front

We have an Asda telly, it's a Thomson but the Sky dodderer doesn't work with it. We have to use a seperate remote for the volume. We phoned everyone but finally found out that it's not compatible.

:edited to say that some Beko models aren't compatible either.
