Can anyone tell me why my mother (84 years young!) keeps receiving duplicates of e-mails. This just started a week or so ago when her brother sent her a very large file which took ages to download (she is on dial up, Tesco). Tis file then was delivered again and even e-mails which i hace sent her since have been delivered twice! Any thoughts?

it might be that the emails are being kept on the server. You need to diable a option in your email client to stop this happening.

Can you log onto the tesco.net website with your Mums details and see what emails it says she has. You could then possibly delete them from the inbox on the server
