I was reading through an older thread:
saw this advice ...
Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Change the way users log on or off
Tick Use Fast User Switching
... thought "Great! That'll help when the boys need to use their account for homework .. "
As soon as I clicked on "Change the way users log on and off" I got a McAfee warning box pop up
This is what it says:
File mshta.exe contains suspicious scripting activitity and has been stopped.
File: mshta.exe
Script attempting to call the REGREAD method within the ******** object.
What do/should I do??

I wouldn't worry TBH it looks like it's a "false positive" nothing more.
