Bought a creative webcam live a few days ago and after installing all the software it started to work perfectly, then a few hours later i went to use it and the pc found the camera but on every program i use ( AOL Messenger, MSN messenger, Yahoo Messenger, even its own creative webcam center ) it just shows up as a black screen, tried adjusting the lens on it which i found you can do and everything but it still shows up blank.
Does anyone have any advice before i take it back to pcworld and throw it over the counter.

Download the latest driver from the creative website.
That should fix it.

Just tried that and when i did it said that the driver from the website is the same as the one on the disk, installed it anyway and still having the same problem
