Hello all
My wife has inherited a New Home 656A sewing machine from her mother who passed away last year.
We cannot find the user manual for it.
Does any one know where I can get a manual, a downloaded Word or PDF copy would do.

I'm having the same problem with a 1980's electric Singer247.
I spent quite a few hours on Saturday looking on the net but when you do eventually find something, it's about 9 or 10 quid.
Eventually I looked on howstuffworks at sewing machines and managed to progress at getting it working from there.
I'm still stuck with a few dials though. Sorry I couldn't be of much help.

Contact New Home sewing machines in Stockport Cheshire-also known as Janome. I seem to remember the number as 061 4306011-I used to work for them selling these machines. If youd like to email me and ask me any specific questions I may be able to help you. If you can send a pic of the machine it would be v helpful.
