Don't wish to offend and obviously don't know anything about your circumstances but please think about whether you really should be looking for compensation. I know it seems that everyone is doing it but I for one object to the blame culture it can help to promote.

it was no accident it was from a deliberate act of violence against my son and it has had major lasting effects thankyou! so yes this is something that i wouldnt do lightly
