there are some instructions on how to make a Panasonic HT75 region free there but I do not know if they work or what damage they could possible do, but the last method looks hopefull if you want to try.

Panasonic region free codes are pretty much always firmware upgrades rather than handset. Can often get a chipped remote control too, but you're always taking a gamble unlike with a standrad handset code
