Ive looked up virgincars.com around 11k for one, anyone find better and ones maybe with 0% APR ?

You are unlikely to get 0% from any discount supplier unless the manufacturer is offering it as a general incentive anyway. 0% is hardly worth having when you can get loans as cheap as 5.8% APR - better to get a large discount on the car in the first place and pay a little interest, or obtain the 0% loan on your (new) credit card.
