ive been looking into buying some fish oil tablets. does nayone know the best/cheapest place to buy them from. on the internet? also protein/creatin supplements.

supplies Omega Juice with is probably the most concentrated form if your aim is to take a larger amount of OMEGA3 oils than is convienient to take via the concentrated fish oil capsules.
If for example you wanted to moderate the effect of Rheumatoid arthritis and follow the advice from
the successful dose level is fish oil omega-3 fatty acids (3 g/d) and 9.6 mL of olive oil.
To get this level of Omega you would need 2 teaspoons of omega juice or TEN 1000g fish oil capsules 9.6ml of olive oil is two teaspoons.
So you do need to ADD together the EPA and DHA content to arrive at the OMEGA content of the capsules you are taking.
Zipvit do Omega 3 capsules for £9.75 for 360
and are often as cheap though I haven't yet checked for fish oil capsules.
Edit have checked and ZIPVIT are the cheapest of these suppliers.
Zipvit also do Protein £16.95-- 908g and
Creatine 500g £2.85 for 50

In order to work out if this really is a bargain it would be best if you could tell us the strength of the capsules
EPA and DHA
For example 360 ZIPVIT 1000mg capsules contain 120 DHA +180 EPA= total 300mg omega oils they cost £9.75 so thats 2.7p per capsule or £0.81p for 30. If the NATRA capsules are the same strength they are probably a good buy as to get ZIPVIT capsules at this price you have to buy 360 and you would have to pay postage if this were all you were getting.

Holland & Barrett sometimes have good offers on vitamins etc you can shop online with them.
I like to actually go into the shop though,as I love shopping so much.

GMTV had a chat about fish oils recently.
Dr Chris said that the best value fish oils in his opinion was something called MOREPA. MOR EPA per value for money.
Not sure of the cost but worth looking at.
I am also considering buying this product.
