what exactly do you mean by a free website?
is it an actual site that you want designed for you, or are you after a hosting site and you will design the site yourself?
to get free hosting, ad-free and pop-up free i strongly recommend
there are also paid for hosting accounts with these. i have used the free one numerous times.
for a cheap domain try , or is it something like that!
