I ordered something as a christmas present form Savapoint, but didn't notice it would take 14 days delivery. It won't have been posted yet, but I can't find out how to cancel my order now before they post it? I know they've taken the money for it though.
Can anyone help?

I'd try giving them a call and email to cancel order
half way down the page you check on the status of your order, once you have entered the details you may be able to cancel it there
