Found this on the web
Beach statues set to leave coast
High and low water times and heights
for LIVERPOOL (GLADSTONE LOCK)

If venturing on to any of Sefton's Award Winning beaches () at any time of the year it is advisable to check the tide times on information boards, in the local press or purchase a set of Liverpool Tide Tables at any bookstore.
any good

Hello sleepali

I'll move your thread over to the 'Days Out' board.

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see ) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. If you have any questions about this policy please email .

Thanks for the info but although the web links say that the statues were due to be taken away at the end of November, I had heard that they were now staying a little longer.
Does anyone live near Crosby beach and know whether the statues are still there please?
Thank you

I visited there 3 weeks ago to see statues - they are still there. You can find tide times on internet but you can still see them well after low tide. Worth a visit.

The Iron Men are still there, I can see them from the end of my road, don't know the tide times but you can still see them if it's high tide as the ones down waterloo end are really far up, and unless there is a mega high tide the water never gets that high. They are really worth a visit, and as said above head for crosby baths end of Mariners Road and park in the car park. Not sure if the cafe would be open over the hols though. ENJOY.
