They are not very loud unless you have the rotating balls (sounds painful) going at full pelt, otherwise, its pretty quite, although the cheap version from lovehoney, pabo ect are noiser.

No, it doesnt actually thrust, which I was disapointed with, its actually exactly the same as the normal rabbit, but instead of the beads rotating, they move up and down, the rotating is far better as they press out more against you and much more satisfying.
