Ive just played a few days ago on a ps3 and wow they are the best ever. Graphics are brill and blueray to. Gonna wait for them to come down in price before I get my cash out.

Graphics are on a par with Xbox 360 according to current software available for the system. You'll be waiting a while for the price to come down, a significant amount of time untill it's avaiable for the price the Xbox 360 currently is. It's expected that PS3 games will be £60 in the UK vs £50 for the Xbox 360 titles, which you may or may not be able to see a difference between.
get a 360 instead. Cheaper, better games and a more powerfull system. Dont by into the hype of the others and end up paying through the nose.
Wii games are £40, £10 less than Xbox360 games at RRP. Better's subjective. One thing's certain, the Wii will deliver experiences not possible on any other console.

If you have a computer exchange store (CEX) near you they should have a unit in store for you to play on or try an independant import shop
Seen the Wii being played in HMV today, looks ok but don't know if I would get one yet as would wait for some more games to be released

Played it in Sony Style in Millenia Mall, Florida USA.
The menu is set out like the psp, graphics are very good, they where shown on a sony hd lcd, but id wait for lcd's resolution to come up as bluray has a resolution of 1920x1080!

I have been looking for one too. I have called Tesco's head office who ahve told me which stores near me are getting them. Both the Tescos within a 25mile radius of central birmingham that are getting them are getting 48 and they are operating a ticket system. The massive ASDA in brum that is some crazy Walmart special edition is only getting 20.
I would say find out which Tescos near you have got them and give em a call.

I disagree with what you say about ps3 games are going to be £60, they are $59 in the usa, the ps3 came out a few weeks back. Sony removed regional coding on there systems, like the psp you can play games all around the world. Id say give it 3 months when the ps3 comes out in the UK and then the games in the usa will be cheaper, bringing them down to the price of a brand new game thats on the PS2.
The wii graphics are on par with ps2. Id wait for the ps3 to come down in price, it really is a great system.
