I am thinking of using this site to buy a present for my boyf for xmas - has anyone used them - they any good/problems to report etc etc??? I'll obviously need it to arrive before xmas so how are they on dispatch/delivery??

I have had no problems with them. Remember: delivery times as they are in far east; they sell international versions of cd's so may be different listings than UK ones (never noticed a difference); I have never had to return an item so can't comment on customer service. Ch££p though

If I might add to this, I believe they are located in Jersey - address is given on the site as Jersey - click on Contact Us for details.
Items I have received have also come with a Jersey post mark.
I've used them many times and normally find that my delivery is received within 5 days of ordering. Only problem has been if something is on the site but out of stock - they don't charge the card but I've ended up cancelling as I got fed up waiting.
I've been happy with all the dozens of cds I've received apart from one which was defective and returned - I had no problems with the replacement I got.
Cds are UK versions unless marked as imported e.g. search Oasis and you will see a list which refers to imports from US, Germany and Japan after the UK versions.
DVD is Region 2 (UK) unless it is a Region Free DVD - they state that they don't sell other Regions.
They partcipate in the ipoints reward scheme but not sure about any others.

ive had 1 problem and that was with a cd, it took a long time to be dispatched but it was because it wasnt in stock, but apart from that ive been happy, not returned anything

101CD are also on Quidco with between 8% (chart, promotion and DVD) and 10% (non chart and promotion) cashback, so well worth having.
If you a member of both Quidco and Ipoints you can get a double benefit. Navigate to 101CD via Quidco. Before finishing your order simply open up another browser window and log in to IPoints. Finish off your 101CD order. You will find that the order has tracked on both Quidco and Ipoints. (Well it did for me when I placed my last order). Every little helps.
