Make a minimum donation of £0.20. Also, if you are buying lots of items buy them in batches. I spent £150 last night on seperate items expecting to get £15 and didn't. So I simply returned the items and then bought them in seperate batches to get the vouchers.
By the way they reclaim vouchers when items are returned and if you don't have the voucher they deduct it from your refund
