Okay, I got an unusual search for you money saving Savvy's. I've just moved into a flat and in the very near future i'm looking to purchase the very comfy La-z-boy reclining armchair. If you dont know the one, its the one from friends that Rachel bought Joey, with massager and heater built in, and a fridge and telephone in the arm rest (its been penned as the ultimate 'lads' chair!)
I've looked around a few sites and have found some okay results, and compared to a few years ago, when it was over £1100, the prices are looking pretty good.
Ideally, the features in finding the cheapest would be that is should be
a) The cheapest on the market (of course - duh!)
b) Possibly be available in a variety of colours, not just the black leather.
c) Have an interest free credit payment scheme (quite important)
d) Have the full manufacturers 15 year warranty
So basically, e-bay is out, cos these are mostly old (except some from shops) and would not carry the warranty, and would not have a credit scheme. Plus, they would be used and gross!
So far, the best deal I have found, and I challenge you to find better, is from . The price of the chair is £874 and has been for some time, has the full warranty, can chose from 5 colours, and has a 6 month interest free credit scheme (£87.40 deposit and £131 per month I assume, alhough it looks like there may be 12 months which I have queried!)
If anyone can find it cheaper, with better deals, please let me know, otherwise, i'm happy I could post this little bargain for you all!

This is very true, but nor is a mortgage for £130,000, its all about finding the right products, at the right price, and sharing your experiences with other users!
It is a very comfy chair though, especially if you got back problems.
A sale is a good idea, but there are very few shops in South Wales that stock these, and probably even fewer that would have a sale on them any time soon, even in January! thanks though!

No wonder it was so cheap! They entered Administration in September 2005! I wonder how they afford to still run a web site then?
