I am in the process of having an office built out of my garage, and I would like to maximise the space as much as possible and thinking of getting a glass topped desk like the one in the link from John Lewis.
I have found a similar one in MFI and wondered if you know of anywhere else that sells a similar desk so I can compare quality and price.

Ikea have a for a desk and you buy the legs separate.
The one they had on display yesterday had lights on the underneath edges which made it look very desirable to my 15 year old

We have 2 glass top desks from the MFI 'Tension' range in our home office.
They are very substantial, sturdy, give plenty of workspace and look very contemporary.
