farecla is the best of the best, if used with a power mop the results are stunning, its pro stuff so not that cheap but you wont find better.
it comes in various grades of roughness.
it is available in some car hardware shops and possibly halfrauds.

Another vote for Farecla!
Farecla comes in a series of grades whereas T-Cut is more a retail punter type product that is actually quite harsh.
