10fl oz milk, 5fl oz oil, 6oz sugar, 2eggs, 5oz currants,
1lb 12ozs sr flour 200oc 15 mins
mix milk, oil, eggs, and sugar add in flour and currants drop spoonfuls onto a greased tray
