Cheap hair cut in london

Question:
hI everybody.
I would like to know where I can have a nice cheap hair cut in london for woman. Can someone help please. Thank you.
Answers:
It may help if you say which part of London you are in as it's a big city.
If you are close to the centre then London College of Fashion take hairdressing models. I think you have to go in person first & register.
Failing that then look on hairdresser windows for a notice stating models required. It's probably the cheapest way of getting your hair done.

The way she tells it, its free though (but yes, an appointment DOES last 2 hours).
If your after cheap and quick, then I can recommend Toppers. They're a chain, so there are a number of them. The one I used to go to was at the top end of Tottenham court road, but there are a number in Soho and a couple more scattered elsewhere.
A cut = £6 (I know I know, I was shocked when they raised their prices from a fiver last year). A bit wham bam, but they cut your hair, it looks fine, what mroe do you need?
E.M.

Is there meant to be a L'Oreal school somewhere in London? What are they like for a haircut? Anyone got any experience with them?
Answers:
all the big salons have training schools, like saxs in covent garden, tony & guy, vidal sassoon etc etc, best thing to ring them & find your nearest, some are free & the others are really cheap, you can usually pick up a freebie voucher in the metro, hth
