I bought one a couple of days before xmas from Makro in Preston , Lancs £25 plus vat (excluded the scart lead - £2.40 at WHSmith yesterday).
Took 10 mins to insall and away I went with 30+ channels . If you additional channels such as E4 and UK gold you need to subscribe at £7.99 per month.
