Advice required re "old" tea service

Question:
We have a 29 piece tea service. It bears the name Colclough, Bone China, Made in England, a product of Ridgeway Potteries Ltd.
Each item bears a number, at random is D76 8, hand written on some is "8320 colour code".
The set comprises 2 large slightly oval server type plates with ridges (hand/finger grips)
1 teapot
1 sugar bowl
1 milk jug
6 cups, 6 saucers,6 b&b plates, 6 large plates.
The design is of two coloured roses (yellow/brown) and accompanying foliage.
Sadly one cup has suffered breakage and is in three pieces, which match exactly.
So, with this information, "Does anyone know" how I can discover it's worth, if any, and how best to dispose of it, otherwise it is destined to remain in a box in the shed !
It looks good and it feels good and it sounds good,
Answers:
The following two firms advertise that they will buy and sell china.
Perfect Match - tel: 01476 861920

Chinasearch - tel: 01926 512402

Hope this helps, or you could take along one piece to your local auctioneer, tell him what you've got, and ask for his advice.
