ODS in 2.1C Vs 3.1C - URGENT

Question:
Can someone please help me out . can you provide me a list of differences between 2.1c and 3.1c when it comes ODS?

The 'new data' is now structured as the PSA table with request number in it. This allows better maintenance of individual requests in the ODS.
