Question:
Hello everybody
I have an ODS I can't activate data. It is on my dev/test system. On my prod system, I have no trouble.
When I try to activate its data, the activation job is running and then ending without activating data.
I tryed to delete its all content (BW deletes Oracle tables and rebuild them) cause I hope it was a simple bug, but nothing new.
I made a copy of this ODS and the problem occured with the copy too.
I'm becoming !!!
Has anyone already had that kind of a problem?
Any suggestion is welcome

do you get any error messages in your log or any short dumps?
Check ST22 and SM37 for any clues what might go wrong.

Answer:
Make sure your Infopackage isn't set to check for master data otherwise the data will load but not activate in the ODS, unless the master data exists already in the MD tables.
If you look in the monitor you can also see if the data has failed to activate similar to ST22 and SM37, in the details tab.
