Workbook related
Hi all:
Could some body guide me how can several users use the same work created by administrator.
The administrator created a query and save it a wook book and saved it to his favourites. He would like us to use the same workbook. We should not be able to modify and save the work book, but we should be able to run all the time.
So, how could I subscribe to his favourites? and any security related issues such as not modifiable etc?
Your help is appreciated.

user should save not save it to his favorites, but to a certain role.
This 'report' role should be assigned to the people that need to execute the workbook
