Question:
Hi Guys,
I have a problem with Generic extraction.
The data is coming from sap r/3 view.
The error is
Request still running
Diagnosis
No errors could be found. The current process has probably not finished yet.
System response
The ALE inbox of the SAP BW is identical to the ALE outbox of the source system
and/or
the maximum wait time for this request has not yet run out
and/or
the batch job in the source system has not yet ended.
Current status
No Idocs arrived from the source system.
Plz provide the useful tips.

Probably is a comunication problem between BW and the R3 connected to BW.
I think that the you have to do only the RESTORE of connection

First I would check RSA3 wheather data is available in r/3 or not, next check the partner communication T-code :we20, and also check IDOCS through we05,we06 T-codes, and the final step would be restore the source system connection and rereplicate and re load.

I got the error like OLTP source is not available in this version
But the source system is replicated correctly.

Hi,
check short dumps (ST22) and system log (SM21)... most probably you had a dump. In the InfoPackage Monitor this only shows when the set time frame has exceeded.
